Badam kheer

Ingredients are as follows Almonds. 100gms

2 Milk. 1 ltr

3 Sugar according to your preference

4 Rose essence or vanilla essence

Method

Blanch almonds to remove skin Grind the almonds into fine paste Add the paste to milk and cook it on low flame for 6 to 7 minutes Add sugar according to your preference Remove it from fire and add rose Essence

Serve it hot or cold i personally like cold one .

SANDWICH

CHEESE SANDWICH: World popular club sandwiches gets a vegetarian make over. Delicious and quick to make, ideal for brunch, snack, appetizer or a meal. Great to make for parties as they can be made ahead.

Healthy and tasty

Recipe.

1. spread butter on all the bread slices. cover the whole surface with the butter. you can slice of the edges if you prefer

2.top half of the slices with grated cheese. sprinkle 2 to 3 pinches each of roasted cumin powder, chaat masala powder and black pepper on the grated cheese in each slice.

3. cover the cheese-topped slices with the remaining buttered slices and spread butter on the top of the slices.

4. in a preheated grill, place the sandwich carefully with the buttered side facing down, making sure your hands don’t touch the grill (be careful when doing this. if you cannot do this then just skip the above step. instead spread butter once the cheese sandwich are grilled). now spread butter on the top side which is facing you.

5. grill for 2-3 minutes till the cheese sandwich are crisp and golden.

6. serve the grilled cheese sandwich hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
